My hubby's bbq chicken

This recipe is so good!!!!!

It's my hubby's speciality and he makes it for all our loved ones who come to town and on special occasions. We LOVE it. He's making it for the 4th of July, so I thought I would share it.

BBQ Apricot Chicken

1 jar of apricot jelly
1/4 c. of honey
2 T. of mustard
Crystal hot sauce (whole bottle)
chicken thighs and legs

Marinate the chicken in Crystal sauce for at least an hour. (longer the better) Then grill the chicken for 10 min. per side and turn them over 4 times.

For the sauce- mix jelly, honey and mustard together in a bowl. When chicken is cooked place it in the bowl and coat with the sauce. (he puts the sauce in a large Tupperware bowl, with the chicken then puts the lid on and shakes it that works to coat all the pieces)

We like it with bbq beans and Ceasar salad. Serve extra sauce on the side.
It is fabulous. You will love it! : )

Happy 4th of July!!!

~Becky
