Wednesdays in the Word (the cancer edition)

Six weeks ago when my hubby had an endoscopy for an acid reflux issue, the GI told us that he found a tumor in Hubby's esophagus and we were shocked. When we got home, the Lord put "Psalm 21:4"  on his heart.

Even though he's a student of the Word, he wasn't sure he had ever even read Psalm 21 before. It wasn't ringing any bells, so to speak.

On that day, we didn't know that he had cancer 

and we sure didn't know that it was stage 3. 

Psalm 21:4

'He asked life from You,

and You gave it to him- length of days

forever and ever.' 

Amen! 

How's that for being specific? :)

So, THIS is his verse! It is his promise for the journey and we believe it!!!
