Some beautiful encouragement from my mom!
We celebrated Andrew's birthday last weekend
The traditional bear-shaped pancake for the birthday guy. (which may or may not always resemble a bear)
And his new sonic screwdriver. (if you are a Dr. Who fan you will know how cool that is)
The fabulous birthday guy!
The fabulous party food!
My hubby makes the best BBQ apricot chicken in the world. And this is Andrew's favorite meal. (if you don't count peanut butter and jelly) ; )
The birthday blessing and prayer
The eating and celebrating
Are you blessed with a BFF who would volunteer to fill and tie at least a hundred water balloons?! I am! : )
Hubby took his brother to the Museum of Science and Industry on Saturday
Pretending to news anchors! -They are still wearing red from cheering for their favorite Lady Red Sox -Joy, who hit an in the park home run with two people on! Whoo-hoo!
This weekend, I read this
to see what all the fuss was about. ; )
Joy and her coach at the awards ceremony. She was honored to be chosen the 'most Christ-like player' on her team.
Celebrating our girl at Stake and Shake!
We ended up waiting over an hour for our food in a restaurant that wasn't even crowded. But our college student (who got 3 A's and 1 B this semester! whoo-hoo!) gave us a good reminder that this was a "first world problem." -Amen.
The end!
