Sweet series
I just finished the last in the Mitford Years series.
What fun books those were! ~And such sweet characters. After reading 8 books, I'm going to miss Mitford. : )
O.k. did you rea this to your kids or was this just a book for you. We took your recomendation and tried Jotham's Journey this year. Oh my Gosh the children loved it. I am hoping this is for kids. If not could you recommend some more books. You seem to have great taste. Thanks, Susan
So glad you guys enjoyed Jotham, Susan! : ) We did too. Our youngest didn't remember the story so it new to him and he really enjoyed all the exciting parts.

Many people like that series. I tried reading the first book years ago, and I just couldn't get into it. Maybe I should try agian :)

I thought the first book was hard to get into also. They just seemed to get better and better though.
