Greek Spinach Veggie Burgers were definitely a risky choice to make for my crowd.
(hubby not included)
My kiddos don't think think they need veggies like spinach in their lives. ; )
But, these were SO good, that I got a thumbs up from all three kids and kiddo #4 (the Picky Eater) even ate all of his.
So, it was a winner in my book too!
I can't wait to eat them again.
