On this post election day

This verse came to mind today:

"When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice;
But when a wicked man rules, the people groan." ~Prov. 29:2

I've done lots of 'groaning' this morning, but then...

This song also came to mind and I'm choosing to put my focus here:

"My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness.
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly trust in Jesus’ Name."

AMEN!
