An anniversary?

We've learned over the last couple of years that a weekly date night is a MUST, when we are care-giving.
But apparently, this wasn't just a normal Friday night Date Night.
Hubby said it was our anniversary!
(???)
He said "We are celebrating twenty-three years and 10 months of marriage!"
LOL! How cute is that?!
So, we went to our favorite beach and ate at this restaurant!
(dates are a lot cheaper now that we have to split a meal due to Hubby's esopha-stomach!) : )

and then joined all the tourists on the roof to watch this glorious sunset.

It just kept getting better as we walked on the beach...

Then I suggested we needed ice cream cones, (which we didn't)

and we sat down and continued watching the splendor!
