Praying for my extended family

In October, my precious cousin lost her oldest son. He died in his sleep from pneumonia and complications of H1N1. He was in his early 20's.

At that time, she also found out that she was pregnant, which she said was not suppose to be possible...

This week she gave birth to her miracle, Joshua David, and in the process she went home to be with the Lord...

Keep Joshua in your prayers as he is in ICU at the moment, as well as her husband, other children and family members.

The last time we 'talked' on face book, we talked about Heaven. And we comforted ourselves in that fact that we do not "sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus....For the Lord Himself will descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words." 1 Thess. 4:13-18

We were talking about her son, and now those words are comforting me, about her. It really is hard to believe.
